100 ચોરાસ વર મફત પ્લોટ યોજના ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સરકારની ભૂમિહીન ખેત મજૂરો અને ગ્રામીણ ગુજરાતમાં ગરીબી રેખા નીચે જીવતા ગ્રામીણ કારીગરો માટે મફત મકાનના પ્લોટની યોજના વર્ષ 1972 થી કાર્યરત છે.

100 ચોરસ વાર મફત પ્લોટ યોજનાની સંપૂર્ણ વિગત :

panchayat.gujarat.gov.in ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારોમાં ૨૦૨૨ ના 100 ચો.ફૂટ નિવાસી આવાસ પ્લોટ અથવા ઘર વિહોણા મકાનનો મફત પ્લોટ આપવા માટેની યોજનામાં સુધારણા માટેની નવી નીતિનો અમલ 100 ચોરસ વાર મફત પ્લોટ યોજના ગ્રામીણ વિસ્તારોમાં રહેવા માટેની યોજનાઓ, અથવા બી.પી.એલ. માં નોંધાયેલા ગ્રામ મજૂરો અને ગ્રામીણ કારીગરોને 100 ચોરસ મફત પ્લોટ પૂરા પાડવા કાવતરું અમલમાં આવ્યું નથી. આ યોજના અંતર્ગત 16-117,030 લાભાર્થીઓને મફત પ્લોટ યોજનામાં 0 થી 16 અને 17 થી 20 ના લાભાર્થીઓને આપેલા તમામ લાભાર્થી પ્લોટના લાભ માટે મફત પ્લોટ ફાળવવામાં આવ્યા છે.

જનરલ ચેટ ચેટ લાઉન્જ, પરિણામે, રાજ્ય સરકારો દ્વારા પ્લોટ દ્વારા સરકારની યોજનાઓમાં તેમની રજૂઆતને કારણે હાલની નીતિઓને સુધારવા માટે જરૂરી સુધારણાને લીધે, ગ્રામીણ વિસ્તારોમાં લોકોને પ્લોટ સરળતાથી ઉપલબ્ધ કરવામાં સક્ષમ થયા છે. અથવા સરકારમાં ઘરેલુ જરૂરીયાતમંદ લાભાર્થીઓ. ઠરાવથી નવી નીતિ લાગુ કરવામાં આવી છે.

• અરજદાર પાસે કોઈપણ પ્રકારની જમીન હોવી જોઈએ નહીં. આમાં તમારું ઘર પણ સામેલ હશે.

Gujarat Shravan Tirth Darshan Yojana online registration / application form 2022 at yatradham.gujarat.gov.in. Shravan Tirthdarshan Yojana is a new scheme launched by the state government of Gujarat under which the government would provide subsidy on tirth yatra expenses for senior citizens. Gujarat Shravan Tirthdarshan Yojana 2022

૬૦ વર્ષ કે તેથી વધુ વયના ગુજરાતના વતની ગુજરાતમાં આવેલા ધાર્મિક સ્થળોનો પ્રવાસ કરવા ગૃપ બનાવીને ગુજરાત રાજ્ય માર્ગ વાહન વ્યવહાર નિગમ (એસ.ટી.)ની કે ખાનગી લકઝરી બસ દ્વારા પ્રવાસ કરે તો તેઓને લકઝરી બસના ભાડાની ૫૦% રકમ રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા ચુકવવામાં આવશે. જો ખાનગી બસ ભાડે કરવામાં આવે તો, તે કિસ્સામાં ખરેખર ભાડુ અને એસ.ટી. બસનું ભાડું બેમાંથી જે ઓછુ હોય તેના ૫૦% ચુકવવામાં આવશે. પતિ કે પત્ની બંને સાથે પ્રવાસ કરતા હોય તો, બેમાંથી એકની ઉંમર ૬૦ વર્ષ કે તેથી વધુ હોવી જરૂરી છે. આ યોજનાનો લાભ લેનાર વ્યક્તિને સમગ્ર જીવનકાળ દરમ્યાન એક વાર આ લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે. કુલ ૨ રાત્રી અને ૩ દિવસના પ્રવાસની મર્યાદામાં આ લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે.

આ યોજનાનો લાભ વ્યક્તિગત ધોરણે મળવાપાત્ર થશે નહી પરંતુ વરિષ્ઠ નાગરિકોનું ઓછામાં ઓછા ૩૦ નું ગૃપ બનાવીને બસ ભાડે કરેલ હોય તો જ મળવાપાત્ર થશે. યોજનાનું અમલીકરણ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય પવિત્ર યાત્રાધામ વિકાસ બોર્ડ દ્વારા કરવાનું રહેશે.

મંત્રીએ કહ્યુ કે, આ ક્વિઝ માટે હજારો પ્રશ્નો સમાવવામાં આવ્યા છે. જેમાં કેન્દ્ર સરકાર તેમજ રાજ્ય સરકારની વિવિધ યોજનાઓ, યોજનાઓના મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ્યો, લાભાર્થીઓ, અત્યાર સુધી યોજનામાં હાંસલ કરેલ સિધ્ધિઓ, લાભાર્થીઓની સંખ્યા અને રકમ તથા વિદ્યાર્થીઓના અનુભવગત પ્રશ્નોને પણ આ ક્વિઝમાં સમાવવામાં આવશે. તે માટે પ્રશ્નબેંક સ્ક્રુટીની કમિટીની પણ રચના કરવામાં આવી છે. આ ક્વિઝ અઠવાડીયામા દર રવિવારથી ચાલુ થઈને દર શુક્રવારે સમાપ્ત થશે અને દર શનિવારે વિજેતા જાહેર થશે. દર અઠવાડિયે તાલુકા અને વોર્ડ કક્ષાના શાળા અને કોલેજ/યુનિવર્સીટી વિભાગને પ્રતિ સ્પર્ધક દીઠ ક્વિઝનો સમયગાળો ૨૦ મિનીટનો અને ક્વીઝમાં ૨૦ ક્વિઝ રહેશે. દરરોજ ૨૫૦ ક્વિઝની ડિઝીટલ પુસ્તિકા સ્પર્ધકોને માર્ગદર્શિકા તરીકે ઓનલાઈન પ્રાપ્ત થશે. તે ઉપરાંત દર અઠવાડિયે તાલુકા અને વોર્ડ કક્ષાના, શાળા અને કોલેજ/યુનિવર્સીટી વિભાગનાં દસ-દસ વિજેતાઓ જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે.

મંત્રીએ કહ્યુ કે, જીલ્લા કક્ષાની સ્પર્ધા પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ રાજ્ય કક્ષાની અંતિમ સ્પર્ધા યોજવામાં આવશે. જેમાં સમગ્ર સ્પર્ધા દરમિયાન જીલ્લા અને મહાનગરપાલિકાના વિજેતા જાહેર થયેલા સ્પર્ધકો ભાગ લેવા માટે લાયક ઠરશે. રાજ્ય કક્ષાની સ્પર્ધા ઓફલાઈન મોડમા ક્વિઝ માસ્ટર સાથે શાનદાર અને ધમાકેદાર રીતે આયોજીત થશે. આ ક્વિઝ ઓનલાઈન માધ્યમથી આયોજીત કરવામાં આવશે. વિધ્યાર્થીઓને સાયન્સ સિટીની ટૂર તથા વિજેતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નામાંકિત સ્થળોની સ્ટડી ટુર કરાવવામાં આવશે. તે ઉપરાંત તમામ સ્પર્ધકોને ગુજરાત સરકાર સ્તરે પ્રમાણપત્ર એનાયત કરવામાં આવશે.

Machine and circuit training relates to all the machines that you can find in the gym, they train the muscles in an isolated technique but may not be able to actually make you stronger in the real world as when doing something in day to day life its groups of muscles that are required.

Functional training is a full-body approach to a workout and fitness ideal. Functional training aims to better your athletic abilities, physique but also day-to-day activities. Functional training includes an array of methods and almost all the equipment and machinery that strength training does. These tools such as kettlebells, dumbells, sandbags, TRX ropes, and cables are in aid of including different types of movements and targeting groups of muscles. Functional training aims at keeping things more interesting and more diverse in nature.
