Police Recruitment Gujarat Budget Jaherat By Nitinbhai patel
State Finance Minister Nitin Patel today presented the budget for the year 2020-21. Nitin Patel presented Gujarat's budget for the eighth time. In which he made a big announcement to the police.
11,000 new recruits will be recruited in various departments in the police department to strengthen the law and order situation and to give the youth of the state an opportunity to serve in the police with employment. While 4,528 homeguards will be recruited. So now the number of homeguards will be increased to 49 thousand 808.
A provision of Rs 7503 crore has been made for the Home Department. Apart from this, there is a provision of Rs. 63 crore for the safety of women under Nirbhaya Fund. A provision of Rs 288 crore has been made for police housing.
