The latest annual plan offers full 360 days of validity but will cost you Rs 4,999. The plan offers 350 GB of data at 4G speeds, but data speed come down drastically when you've exhausted the limit.

You can make unlimited calls to other Jio numbers. But to other networks, there is a limit of 12000 minutes. After that, you have to opt for an additional talktime recharge.

The Rs 4999 plan offers 100 SMS per day and complimentary access to other Jio apps as well.

Apart from this long-term plan, Jio offers many other recharge packs. The cheapest of them, priced at Rs 149, offers 24 GB of data.

Jio's long term prepaid plan has returned for Rs. 4,999. The plan, which was discontinued in December last year, offers 350 GB data with a validity of 360 days, unlimited Jio to Jio calling and 100 SMS per day.

It also offers 12,000 minutes of calling from Jio to Non-Jio phones. The other long term plans are of Rs. 1,299 and 2,121.

A complimentary subscription to all Jio Apps is included in all the plans including the Rs. 4,999 plan. After exhausting the 350GB limit, browsing speed goes down to 64Kbps.

Made available on the Jio site on Saturday, the plan was first spotted by DreamDTH.

This plan can be purchased from the official website while the payment can be made via various payment methods like net banking, credit/debit cards. Digital payments app like Paytm and PhonePe can also be used to make the purchase. The plan recharge can also be done via MyJio app.

The Reliance Jio Rs 4,999 prepaid recharge plan comes with 350GB of total data, free unlimited Jio-to-Jio calls, free off-net calls to other networks (up to 12,000 minutes) and 100 free SMS per day. The plan comes with a complimentary subscription to the Jio apps as well. One should keep in mind that there is no daily Fair Usage limit imposed in the Rs 4,999 prepaid recharge plan. Users can feel free to use the entire 350GB data, however, whenever they deem fit, but post the consumption of the said data, the speed will be reduced to 64 Kbps.

At 64 Kbps, users can browse the internet for free throughout the span of the plan’s validity. However, the internet speed would be just enough for your basic needs like sending messages on WhatsApp and other messaging apps. Heavy data-intensive usage certainly won’t be an option. As far as validity is concerned, the Reliance Jio Rs 4,999 prepaid recharge plan comes with 360 days of validity unlike the Rs 1,299 and the Rs 2,121 recharge plans, which offer 336 days of validity.
