Gujarat corona update 12 august 2020
According to the data released by the Vadodara Municipal Corporation, 104 positive cases of corona have been reported in Vadodara city and district today. Thus the total number of positive cases has reached 5898 and today the official death toll has risen to 114 with one more death. A further 80 patients have been discharged from the hospital in Vadodara today. Thus far a total of 4538 patients have recovered. There are currently 1246 active cases, of which 154 patients are on oxygen and 60 patients are on ventilator and 1032 patients are stable.

The highest number of 1619 cases in the northern area of Vadodara city
So far 5898 positive cases have been reported in Vadodara city. Out of which 1034 cases were reported in East Zone, 871 in West Zone, 1619 in North Zone, 1145 in South Zone, 1198 in Vadodara Rural and 31 cases were reported from outside cities and states.
15 more positive cases in Bharuch
A further 15 positive cases of corona have been reported in Bharuch district today. Thus the total number of corona cases in Bharuch district has reached over 1137.
Russia has become the first country in the world to officially register a corona vaccine. The first dose of the vaccine was given to the daughter of President Vladimir Putin. He was given two doses. Changes in body temperature after dosing were recorded. According to Putin, his body temperature was 38 degrees on the first dose. When the second dose of the vaccine was given, the temperature dropped by 1 degree to 37 degrees, but after a while the temperature rose again, which gradually returned to normal.

Putin has two daughters, Maria and Katrina. Putin did not specify which of the two vaccines had been given, but said he was feeling better after being vaccinated. It contains a large number of antibodies. Many types of vaccines have been tested and proven safe.
Claim -20 countries ordered for the vaccine
According to Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko, 20 countries around the world have pre-ordered our vaccine Sputnik-V. Russia's website claims that countries such as India, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Brazil and Mexico have expressed interest in buying the vaccine.
A third phase trial could take place in India
According to Russia's website, it is planned to prepare 200 million doses of the vaccine by the end of 2020. Russia will keep 30 million doses for itself. Production of the vaccine will begin in September. Russia plans to conduct a third phase trial in several countries, including Saudi Arabia, India and the Philippines.
