The Supreme Court Has Given This Important Decision In The Matter Of Reserve

AdvertisementThe Supreme Court has given an important verdict on reserves. The Supreme Court has said that the state can not change the SC-ST list. If the states want to change the SC-ST list, then Parliament approval is required. The Supreme Court has said that Delhi will get reservation as per the central list. With this, the Supreme Court also said that one can get the benefit of reservation in one state and in other states it can not get the benefit of the reservation.
